Head to feet sequences with select essential oils that are applied to the skin with a gentle flowing technique to quiet nerves and tension. You are then wrapped to allow the essential oils to penetrate the skin. You skin will be soft and silky when unwrapped.

Exfoliate dead skin with one of our unique Salt or Sugar Scrubs revealing your healthy soft skin underneath.

Mud Wraps

Be wrapped in a "cocoon-like wrap" with one of our special detoxifying Mud's from our special collection. Your body will release the poisons and toxins found in the tissue.  You will then be finished off with a hydrating lotion. Your skin will be softer and moisturized.  Not recommended for people that are claustrophobic.

Pre-Natal

Maternity Massage is a fulfilling way to embrace your body as it experiences the many changes. It is a great way to regain comfort, relax and restore energy.  The therapist will position you with proper support and address your special needs with a caring touch. You must be past your first trimester.

Hot Stone Therapy

You will lie on heated stones; the therapist modifies light and deep pressure strokes with the hot stones, and may place stones on top as well. Aromatherapy and heated Basalt Stones alleviate soreness and stiffness to help melt your tension away.

                 MEDICAL MASSAGE

Therapy for Fibromyalgia and other chronic pain conditions, can relieve migraines and tension headaches. Relief for carpal tunnel, tennis elbow, sciatica, TMJ, and thoracic outlet syndrome. It can be a complementary treatment in rehabilitation and injury prevention.

   MYOFASCIAL THERAPY

When deeper work might be painful or contraindication, myofascial therapy is safe and very effective. Gentle pressure applied slowly to release restrictions, especially within and around joints. Good for knees, shoulder joints, and other areas to restore freedom of movement and relieve pain. A sense of overall relaxation and stress reduction is often a "side-effect" of a myofascial treatment
