Gift Certificates

To purchase a gift certificate, visit us in person or please call us at 717-630-0966. Certificates are available in any denomination or service.  We also personalize gift certificates with a 24 hour notice.

Gift certificates may be sent to the recipient within one business day after we receive payment.  If you choose to send your certificate by mail, please allow enough time for the postal service to deliver. There are no shipping & handling charges. If you need it in a hurry, we can overnight it for an additional $15.

Spa cancellation Policy

At times it may be necessary for you to cancel your appointment. Please respect our 24 hour cancellation policy to avoid being charged full price for any prebooked service. When scheduling 3 or more services a credit card must be used when booking your appointment.

Arriving for Appointments

Kindly arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.  If you are a new massage or skin care client,  please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to fill out necessary forms prior to your massage or facial.

Unfortunately, if your appointment is delayed due to your late arrival, it will end at the originally scheduled time.  We thank you for your courtesy in not delaying our next client.

Valuables

Please leave valuables at home as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Children

We love children. For the safety of your child, children under the age of 12 must stay accompanied by a parent or guardian unless they are receiving a service.
